The small and picturesque European country of Bulgaria has existed for more then 13 centuries, linking East and West.

Sunny Beach Resort:
Only 2.9 km (1.8 miles) away from the villa is Sunny Beach Resort. Full of life during summer holiday season, it is the busiest place on the Black Sea coast.
Sunny Beach is situated in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea. It is the largest and most attractive Bulgarian resort. The international Burgas airport is at 25 km distance.
The 8 km beach line, with lovely fine sand, wide up to 60 meters, extends along the continuation of the fascinating bay. Town of Nessebar
In the southern part of Sunny Beach resort on a semi-island is situated the ancient town of Nessebar. It was found over 2500 years ago under the name of Mesemvria and it was part of the Roman Empire and Byzantium. Because of its unique natural gifts and very well preserved monuments from different epochs, the Old Town of Nessebar is enrolled in the list of UNESCO for the World Culture Inheritance.
At the beginning of the peninsula, what draws the attention is the town gate with remains of fortifications (4th-6th century), built on top of older foundations (5th-4th century B.C.). Impressive traces of Old Greek, Early Byzantine or medieval fortress walls can be seen all over the Peninsula. At the entry to the old Nessebar is the Archaeological Museum, presenting the eventful history of the town.
